How to Take Care of Your Bones

Do you know how many bones we have in our body? Well, there are a couple of different answers. When we are born, we have over 300 bones, but as our bodies mature, it decreases to 206. Fascinating, isn't it? We have many bones in our body, which can make it both beneficial and vulnerable for us. As we live our daily lives, bones constantly move. We tend to not think about how many bones are moving because we were innate with them. You may think that bones are strong and unbreakable, but that is not true. Take a look around the public crowd. There will be at least a few people with casts on. What happened to them? Well, it's obvious. They had broke their bone(s).
A lot of times, people ask themselves why or how did the bones break. Well, there are many solutions and answers to this question. According to students at Yongsan International School of Seoul, many broken bones were due to sports activity or other random activity. The way people may break their bones during sports activity is when they have strong forced physical contact with other player or any matter. This causes bones to either dislocate or fracture (break into pieces) the bone. Another study from an orthopedic clinic, says that possibilities of broken bones can conclude from random activity. For example, a student fell down from the stairs after slipping from the puddle on the floor. From falling, this can also cause bones to break and can severely damage one's bones.
Bone can break, but how do we take care of it? Well, there are multiple ways to solve this problem. One answer could be going to an orthopedic doctor every 2-3 months to check up on your bone health. Another answer could be to avoid rough sports because sports is basically making your bones vulnerable. And finally, a great way to benefit both your bones and health, you can drink a lot of milk and eat healthy. Because milk has vitamin D, it makes your bones stronger, thus prevent bones to break. Eating healthy is also very important because food is also what makes your whole body stronger.
In conclusion, we can see that bones are beneficial, but also as much as they are beneficial, they are also vulnerable. We can know how to take care of your bones. We can go to the doctor and check up or eat healthy and take care of your body. I believe that responsibility plays a great role in taking care of yourself. Bones can break and it can take a long time to heal. But we learn for sure that we should not break them again and be more cautious. "A little thing is a little thing, but faithfulness in a big thing becomes a great thing". This quote tells us that even for every little bone, it is still important to our body. We need to be more responsible and take care of our body.
